JAY MCTIGHE
Jay McTighe is co-author Understanding by Design. PETER SENGE
Peter Senge is the Director of the Organizational Learning Center at MIT, and Chairperson of the international Society for Organizational Learning. He is the author of The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of The Learning Organization, identified by the Harvard Business Review in 1997 as one of the five most influential management books of the past two decades. He co-authored Schools That Learn and continues to articulate a cornerstone position of human values in the workplace; namely, that vision, purpose, reflection, and systems thinking are essential if organizations are to realize their potentials.

Jim Shipley served as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum when his district received the first National Baldrige Award in Education. He is founder of Jim Shipley & Associates, Inc a firm specializing in the design and delivery of Baldrige-based consulting and training for all levels of educational systems. DAVID SOUSA
Author of How the Brain Learns, David Sousa has conducted workshops in hundreds of school districts on brain research, brain based learning, instructional skills, supervision, and science education at the elementary secondary, and university levels. DON TAPSCOTT
Don Tapscott is a futurist and internationally recognized authority on organizational transformation. Among his numerous books and publications, Growing Up Digital: The Rise of the Net Generation has been "recommended for all libraries" by the Library Journal. It is a compellingly written look at children of the "Net-Generation" and how they differ significantly in core experiences from the generation currently charged with educating them.
