Introduction

“The voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.”
~ Marcel Proust, Author

Before we begin our endeavor as a team it is important to understand the mental models (ideas and beliefs shaped by experience) that we bring to the table. How we think, what we think, and what we believe influences our thoughts, ideas, and actions. Remember, "How you think, is how you act, is how you are!" Creating a composite or snapshot of the team will help us understand our needs and how we should proceed.

Please take a couple of minutes to complete the following survey. The results will be used to create a composite of your cohort as we move forward to create a community of excellence.
